Salmonid research operations connecting animal care, stormwater exposure, environmental sensing, scientific imaging, GIS, and technical handoff.
- Completed an 11-week, full-time research internship and maintained biological continuity for research populations totaling approximately 10,000 salmonids, including repeated solo and weekend coverage and six consecutive days of independent site management.
- Supported a 22-tank stream-water and well-water raceway system and a separate replicated 24-tank acute and chronic stormwater study across coho life stages.
- Designed, assembled, calibrated, and tested SalmoVision V1.0, a controlled visible and infrared imaging system; reduced a 60-fish morphometric workflow from about six hours to 45 minutes while improving repeatability and file traceability.
- Programmed and calibrated ISCO 6712 autosamplers, worked with HOBO and YSI measurements, and connected storms, hydrographs, first-flush timing, runoff conditions, and biological exposures.
- Delineated the Miller–Walker Creek watershed, fabricated a resin-printed terrain model, and documented the work in an 88-page research portfolio, nine field and laboratory memos, and visual operating procedures.

- Reached an AUC of 0.9488, projected 2041–2070 suitability under SSP2-4.5 and SSP5-8.5, and used MESS to flag about 9–10 percent environmental extrapolation risk.
- Bounded the result to occurrence-associated environmental suitability rather than presenting it as a direct survival or extinction prediction.
