I am interested in how a field encounter becomes a record that can survive review, support a decision, and still communicate why the place or organism mattered.
Practice
My work moves between aquatic research, field taxonomy, mobile GIS, scientific imaging, documentary production, and the design of small tools for field use.
FLDSCI is where those parts remain connected. A CV entry can point to a project; a project can point to a notebook, map, image, method, or field record; and the public sees only the version that is appropriate to share.
