01

Question + scope

Urban runoff reaches salmon-bearing streams as changing mixtures whose effects cannot be read from a single sample. Miller Creek connects storm events, water conditions, exposure systems, fish care, imaging, and watershed context so the biological evidence stays tied to the event that produced it.

02

Field to evidence

Two connected parts of the work, with the material that supports each one.

01

Storms, water, and fish

Animal care, replicated exposures, environmental sensing, and storm-event sampling connect changing watershed conditions to the biological work in the laboratory.

  • tank and husbandry records
  • ISCO, YSI, and HOBO measurements
  • storm and exposure notes
02

Measurement made visible

Controlled imaging, morphometrics, watershed GIS, and operating documentation make the research easier to repeat, inspect, and hand forward.

  • SalmoVision imaging records
  • morphometric workflow
  • watershed model and visual SOPs

03

Linked material

  • Salmonidae
  • urban runoff
  • aquatic ecotoxicology
  • watershed evidence
